      福建恒联集团有限公司是实际控制人在1994年经营基础上，于1999年改制创立，2008年之前主营房地产，后转业投资经营电力、矿业、年产300万吨船上炼油厂、码头开发建设、国际航运和油品贸易，拟在海外投资建设大型产业园基地，是一家综合性集团企业。
       公司现有员工800多人，其中具有各类专业技术技能人员占80%以上，具有大中专以上学历占70%以上。集团净资产人民币85亿以上。
       Fujian Henglian Group Co., Ltd. was restructured and established by the actual controller in 1999 based on its business operating foundation in 1994. Prior to 2008, it mainly focused on real estate and later shifted its business to invest in electricity, mining, a shipboard oil refinery with an annual processing capacity of 3 million tons, port development and construction, international shipping and oil trading. It plans to invest in the construction of a large-scale industrial park base in the Strait of Malacca and is a comprehensive group enterprise.
       The company currently has more than 800 employees, of which more than 80% have various professional and technical skills, and more than 70% have a college degree or above. The group’s net assets exceed RMB 8.5 billion.
